Stage 1 Conservation Alert Declared by Board - click here to view documents. The Public Hearing to hear all oral and written protests regarding the proposed changes in water and sewer rates scheduled for November 14^th at 7 p.m. has been cancelled.  At this time, JCSD is no longer considering the adoption of these new rates and rate structures.  The District will continue to keep its customers informed of any changes being considered in the future.

The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 7:00 p.m.
