Meet Your Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the legislative governing body for JCSD and is responsible for developing and implementing laws that govern the community services provided within its jurisdiction. Each of the five Board Members is elected to four-year staggered terms by registered voters who reside within the JCSD service territory. To ensure that each area has equal representation, JCSD’s service area is divided into five divisions. View the five divisions and each board member’s division here.
The Board of Directors conducts public meetings on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. Scheduled meetings are viewable on the website calendar. Current agendas, packets, and minutes are available online. Archived agendas, packets, and minutes older than three months are also online.
