With a distinguished career spanning over twelve years at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Mr. Pompa held senior roles, including Manager of Grants and Senior Engineer, contributing significantly to regional water infrastructure projects. His experience also extends to the private sector, where he worked as an Associate at a global consultancy firm, further enhancing his industry insights.
Educationally, Mr. Pompa holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He is a Certified Professional Engineer, a Board Certified Environmental Engineer specializing in Environmental Sustainability, and a Project Management Professional.
