Jurupa Community Services District Announces 2024 Board Officers
Jurupa Valley, CA (December 12, 2023) – At its Board Meeting last night, the Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) Board of Directors appointed its 2024 Board Officers. Division 4 Director Bart Moreno has assumed the role of President, and Division 3 Director Betty Folsom will serve as Vice President.
President Moreno, a lifelong resident of Eastvale, brings extensive experience to his new role, having served as Vice President in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal State University, San Bernardino, a Masters degree in Business Administration from Cal Baptist University, and is pursuing a doctoral degree in business administration. His public service began with a 13-year tenure with the San Bernardino County Probation Department. Most recently, President Moreno was appointed Commissioner on the District Advisory Commission for Riverside County Parks in 2022.

Together with the Board and staff, JCSD is committed to delivering high-quality services to Eastvale and Jurupa Valley.”
President Moreno began representing Division 4 in 2020. Division 4 is located in Eastvale, east of Harrison. Vice President Folsom has represented Division 3 since 2017.
