Monthly Meter Reading

Each month, Meter Readers record your water meter reading. Meters are read and bills are distributed per “cycle.” JCSD has established four (4) cycles.

Scam Alert

While we can accept payment over the phone, our customer service team will never demand immediate payment or threaten immediate shut-off. Customers will always be notified of delinquency well in advance of any possible disconnection.
