The JCSD Parks & Recreation Department genuinely values our community partners and understands their roles in helping us best serve the community and vice-versa. To ensure our many community partners understand their importance to us and to publicly recognize the outstanding efforts of those partners that go above and beyond, we created the “JCSD Community Leader Award” in July 2022. Award recipients are selected on a quarterly basis by JCSD Parks & Recreation Department staff and honored at JCSD Board meetings.
