The Eastvale Community has access to 13 public parks with a combined total of 22 picnic shelters that are available for rental. The amenities at each picnic shelter and the number of guests each one can accommodate varies. The picnic shelters are popular, so be sure to book your shelter today.

Park Shelter Decorations Policy
Because safety and cleanliness make our shelters popular, each group is required to follow the specific guidelines detailed in our Decorations Policy to ensure that each group’s park rental experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Whatever the event you are planning, our staff will assist you in selecting the accommodations that best meet your needs. We have a variety of equipment available that can enhance your seminars, business meetings, classes or banquets, including microphones, TV and projectors. Our professional staff will help tailor the facility to meet your needs.

Facility Reservations FAQ
- What is needed for a reservation with alcohol?
- Guest of Honor must be 21+
- Security:
- $60/HR per security
- 1-99 guest(s): 1 security
- 100+ guests: 2 security
- Only a LICENSED bartender can serve alcohol and must be in 1 spot the whole night
- License must be submitted 30 days prior to event
- Alcohol must be poured into CLEAR cups and no glass
- Restrictions and features vary depending on facility/event.
- Additional fees (security and insurance) may apply based on event details.
- Fee due dates
- Applications fee is due upon submitting application
- Deposit fees are due 7 business days from approval
- All other fees/changes are due 30 days prior to event date
- Reserves can have up to 4 reservations per year.
- Liability Insurance must be submitted 30 days prior to reservation date (alcohol and amplified sound).
- Application must be turned in IN PERSON at the Eastvale Community Center.
- Deposits will be held for reservation cancellations less than 30 days of the event.
Put on your gym clothes, lace up your athletic shoes, and head over to the Eastvale Community Center Gymnasium (ECC Gymnasium) for a healthy array of coordinated activities including basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, pickle ball, and more.
The gymnasium is located at the Eastvale Community Center, 13820 Schleisman Road, Eastvale. Stop by during open gym hours so you can perfect your basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, and Table Tennis game.
Eastvale is an active community that plays host to a number of sporting events presented by local league organizations and JCSD. The popularity of athletic fields means reservations are required for organized sports leagues and activities.

JCSD wants to make sure your group has access to all available resources to ensure a successful sporting event. JCSD Parks and Recreation requires organized groups coordinating planned activities to obtain prior approval through the application process. With the popularity of 15 public parks, we want to make sure our park facilities and JCSD staff are ready to accommodate your special event. Public parks are available for various special events that fall under a variety of categories, such as athletic/recreation, concerts/performances, exhibits, festivals/celebrations, outdoor or farmers markets, field trips, and other types of special events.
To ensure that you have a safe and successful event that has minimal impact on surrounding neighbors and other park users, a Parks and Special Events Permit Application must be submitted to JCSD at least 45 days prior to the planned event. Before completing the form, please call the Parks and Recreation Department to determine if the special event you would like to have at a JCSD Park is allowable and that the necessary forms are being completed.
